Clerkenwell - Office Refurbishment & Extension
Full refurbishment and extension of a multi-storey office building including additional floor construction.
TARGA acted as main contractor for the refurbishment and extension of a three-storey office building on Great Sutton Street, Clerkenwell. The project combined refurbishment of the existing offices with construction of an additional upper floor.
The works included full strip-out, structural alterations and a new floor with balconies. Within the existing building, TARGA carried out sandblasting and sealing of brickwork, staircase works and complete fit-out across all levels.
This office refurbishment brought structural work and interior finishing together within one project, delivering an upgraded commercial building with increased floor area.
