Full refurbishment of a three-storey office building on Great Sutton Street, Clerkenwell, including construction of an additional upper floor.

TARGA delivered the full strip-out, structural alterations, construction of a new floor with balconies, sandblasting and sealing of existing brickwork, staircase works and fit-out across all levels.
